I have to admit, Valerie is one of my favorite San Francisco city hall officiants. I particularly like her because it always appears like she is enjoying what she does. In the photo above you can tell that she is fully involved in this same-sex ceremony. Valerie has been officiating city hall weddings even longer than I have been shooting them and thats a long time!
